A whisper of immanent revelations.

Extraterrestrial hypothesis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH) is the hypothesis that some unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are best explained as being extraterrestrial life or non-human aliens from other planets occupying physical spacecraft visiting Earth. This theory is considered spurious by most[2] scientists[3] due to both lack of concrete positive evidence and negative evidence. It is also generally rejected by religionists[4] for its disruption of the faith system[5]. It is often a target for intentional hoaxes[6].
From Alfred Lambremont Webre of the Seattle Exopolitics Examiner

Expert panels, military-intelligence agencies, and/or scientists, respectively, in France, U.K., and China now independently confirm that the ‘extraterrestrial hypothesis’ is now their public operative explanation for specific empirical UFO encounters.
I hadn't seen or heard much lately about UFOs or sightings so I searched the word UFO and Google suggested China immediately. Curios, I clicked it only to find this phrase:

UFO shuts down Airport in China

OK so I poke around a bit more and find this tidbit:

China discloses UFO reality: Aliens sending UFO probes here

That lead me to search for information about Wang Sichao. I found quite a few articles that seemed to be written by people a little too ready to leap before looking but finally I read this story by Alfred Lambremont Webre, Juris Doctor and Master of Education, that seems to be more well rounded and informative

'Extraterrestrial hypothesis' is now public operative explanation for UFOs in France, U.K. and China August 24th, 2010 5:55 pm PT

It seems that some rather reputable professionals are preparing to state that at least some unexplained phenomena can best be explained as activities of extraterrestrial intelligences. Key to this determination are the findings of Professor Wang Sichao who is a Chinese astronomy scholar, minor planet specialist and astronomer. Professor Sichao has concluded that objects he has observed have demonstrated evidence of "anti-Gravity"capabilities that are not attributable to any known natural phenomena. :Wang Qianyuanxue (August 23, 2010). Dr. Webre's article is quite interesting and I recommend it.

Extraterrestrial hypothesis - Wikipedia
Extraterrestrial Energyzoa Hypothesis: Interesting theory and worth investigating imho. IE.(Atmospheric beasts are hypothetical non-winged organisms which could live in the atmosphere of planets. These could fly (or float) without wings as they weigh less than air.) I believe that such life forms probably do exist. I do not believe they explain away the possibility that Earth has been is and will be host to sapience that is not human. The two ideas should not exclude one another.
